Field Services Coordinator

• Coordinate and supervise all field service activities related to election operations
• Lead and support the Training, Regional Coordination, Contracting, and National Support Center teams
• Plan and oversee recruitment, deployment, and training of field personnel
• Manage call center operations and ensure efficient technical support during election periods
• Coordinate communication between field teams, technical support, and key stakeholders
• Monitor operational performance and ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved
• Support the development and delivery of training materials and operational documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Central Election Commission and project partners
