On behalf of our client, Starbyte, a subsidiary of Walter Group specializing in IT solutions, Manpower BiH is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team in the following role: Client Management Specialist (SCCM & Intune)
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Client Management Specialist to take ownership of our client’s endpoint environment, including management, deployment, compliance, and support of Windows devices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), and will play a key role in ensuring that IT infrastructure is secure, consistent, and efficiently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the lifecycle of client devices (laptops, desktops) using SCCM and Intune.
Oversee software deployment, updates, and patch management.
Develop and maintain device configuration baselines, compliance policies, and security settings.
Monitor and improve device health, user experience, and endpoint performance.
Ensure clients meet internal security and compliance standards, including encryption and antivirus status.
Automate tasks related to client provisioning, software deployment, and reporting.
Work closely with the Helpdesk, Infrastructure, and Security teams to troubleshoot issues and roll out solutions.
Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.
Support Zero Trust, Modern Workplace, and cloud-first strategies
Requirements:
Must-Have:
Proven experience with Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 client administration.
Experience with Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, and automation.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access policies.
Experience with large enrolments (1000+ clients)
German (Business Fluent – C1)
10+ years of experience
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Autopilot, Co-Management, or Hybrid Join scenarios.
Knowledge of macOS or Linux client management.
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) best practices.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, SC-300) are a plus.
