On behalf of our client, Manpower BiH is looking for a Team Lead (.NET)

Opis

Technical Excellence & Operational Oversight

• Provide hands-on technical leadership in software development, testing, and deployment. Experienced in C# or VB.NET and the .NET Framework, with strong skills in ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, source control tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Able to establish and manage coding practica withing the team
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, QA procedures, and documentation practices.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve team efficiency and system performance.

Strategic IT Team Leadership

• Help to recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Define clear roles and objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.

End-to-End Project Management

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects in the Vietnam office, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality expectations.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and apply mitigation strategies as needed.

Cross-Team Coordination & Knowledge Sharing

• Serve as the key liaison between the Vietnam and BiH IT teams, promoting seamless communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate project tasks, share updates, and facilitate joint technical sessions for unified execution.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and promote a shared technical vision across teams.

Zahtjevi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or team leadership roles
• Solid organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with international teams
• Excellent spoken English and proficiency in Vietnamese are required
• Leadership and team-building capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
