On behalf of our client, Manpower BiH is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join their team in the role of: General Manager
Opis
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing all business operations of the factory in Tešanj
- Full responsibility for P&L and achieving annual financial targets
- Budgeting and financial planning in cooperation with headquarters
- Setting and monitoring key operational KPIs
- Managing a team of more than 100 employees with direct coordination of key managers
- Improving production, supply chain, and quality control processes
- Initiating and leading investments in modernization, automation, and capacity growth
- Developing and mentoring the management team, ensuring their professional growth
- Representing the company within the group and to external partners
- Implementing best practices in production and maintaining safety and quality standards
Zahtjevi
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in a technical or engineering field
- At least 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing companies, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership position
- Experience in managing large production facilities
- Proven experience with P&L responsibilities and work in budgeting and investments
- Understanding of supply chain, production, and quality control processes (supply chain management experience is a plus)
- Experience working with KPI systems and performance-based management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop teams
- Excellent command of English (experience working in an international environment)
