On behalf of our client, a leading global manufacturer of consumer electronics and home appliances, operating across multiple markets and product categories, Manpower is seeking a candidate for the position of Sales Director.
Description
- Define and execute the sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and margin performance
- Develop and expand sales and distribution networks
- Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales organization
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Relevant working experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial / sales leadership roles
- Proven track record in delivering revenue growth and managing P&L in consumer electronics or home appliances industry
- Strong experience in pricing, negotiations, and key account management
- Experience in multinational / matrix organizations is highly preferred
- Language proficiency requirement: C1 – Advanced professional proficiency (negotiation, presentations)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, forecasting)
- Experience working with SAP
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
