On behalf of our client, TEOL PAK d.o.o., a leading company in the field of B2B industrial packaging and a member of the pan-European Pack Synergy association, Manpower is seeking a candidate to fill the position of: Field Sales (Area Sales Manager)
Description
- Taking over and developing the existing customer base
- Identifying new potential clients
- Acquiring and developing expert product knowledge
- Conducting tests and demonstrations at customer sites
- Handling customer complaints and sales/service-related issues
- Working in the Salesforce CRM system
- Implementing company strategy and activities aimed at business growth
- Monitoring the market and competition and reporting relevant insights
- Understanding and using sales analytics (monthly, quarterly, per product and customer)
Requirements
- Previous work experience and technical education of any level will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and active listening ability
- Friendly, confident, and professional approach
- Initiative and positive attitude
- Good computer literacy
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Secondary school education (SSS)
- Motivated individual willing to learn, develop, and grow professionally
- Candidate seeking a long-term career rather than temporary employment
- Ability to work in a structured and organized business environment
- Willingness and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills
