On behalf of our client, ATN Global, fast-growing 3PL company serving clients around the world and offering expedited shipping solutions to fit just about any need, Manpower BiH is looking for someone to join them as in the role of the Head of Human Potential
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration:
Manage all aspects of HR administration, including employee records management, contract preparation, payroll calculation, and personnel documentation.
Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, and terminations in line with company policies and legal regulations.
Develop and implement HR processes to support overall business execution
Develop and manage Compensation and Benefits processes
Ensure health, safety and security compliance
2. Talent Attraction and Acquisition:
Develop and manage the employee hiring process, including preparation and profiling, advertising and promoting vacancies, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and records management
3. Talent Engagement and Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations and contribute towards and report on the overall satisfaction, retention and well-being of staff;
Develop and implement talent engagement activities to enhance our overall team atmosphere and productivity.
4. Succession and Talent Management:
Ensure talent is mapped and managed in line with company growth, ensuring that learning and development is planned and implemented well, internal and external training is provided in line with needs and priorities, performance is managed successfully and career paths developed.
Develop succession planning models and options based on data to contribute to well-managed growth scenarios.
Develop and implement a practical off-boarding process ATN
5. Legal Compliance and Record Keeping
Ensure timely and accurate payroll calculation, including compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Advise senior leadership team on labor laws and HR policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
6. Leave and Time Management
Handle employee relations and provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate benefits administration, including employee leave, medical insurance, and other company-provided benefits.
Act as the point of contact for legal matters related to employment and contracts.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies:
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in HR administration and management, with at least 2 years of experience in leading and managing people;
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a legal degree is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in BiH; experience in contract preparation is an advantage.
Experience in payroll calculation and familiarity with payroll software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate independently, flexibly and adaptively.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
