On behalf of our client, Manpower BiH is looking for a motivated professional to join their team in the role of: Office Assistant
Description
- Receiving, sorting, archiving, and sending mail and courier shipments; maintaining the protocol registry.
- Coordination and supervision of facility services, maintenance, and procurement of office and kitchen supplies.
- Welcoming guests and organizing meetings, as well as assisting in the planning of business trips.
- Recording and scanning invoices, contracts, and other documentation; managing the archive and archiving process.
- Identifying and organizing the repair of office malfunctions.
- Providing administrative support to all company departments.
- Applying and implementing quality standards.
- Adhering to safety, hygiene, and code of conduct rules, and responsibly managing company assets.
Requirements
- University degree (VSS).
- English proficiency at B2 level – strong written and active communication skills required.
- Motivation and willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic corporate environment.
