Description

IT Vendor Management Team acts as a central interface, ensuring that all stakeholders work together seamlessly so that complex projects are completed successfully within standardized, transparent agile processes and budgetary constraints. To support the expanding software development teams, we are seeking a motivated and communicative Scrum Master who will play a key role in driving agile excellence and team success with our client:Responsibilities

• Scrum Master Duties: Support multiple Scrum software development teams, facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure teams can work without impediments
• Vendor Management Meetings: Organize and moderate meetings for internal and external development teams, document outcomes, and define action items
• Reporting: Prepare KPI reports to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Ensure accurate performance records are available for budget owners and maintain transparency
• Onboarding: Guarantee that new developers (internal and external) receive necessary access to development environments
•  Efficiency Initiatives: Actively contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency and transparency

Requirements

• Completed IT education (University) or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Master’s degree may substitute 3 years; Bachelor’s degree 2 years)
•  Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally supporting multiple teams
•  Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and agile methodologies
• High attention to detail and strong social competence
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, structured, and independent work style
• Proficient in collaboration tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite)
•  Excellent English
• Willingness to travel to Wr. Neudorf

• Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM)
•  Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar environments
• Familiarity with Big Room Planning
• Background in software development or strong interest in development processes
•  Experience working with remote teams
• Knowledge of German at B1 level
• Advanced reporting and KPI analysis skills
•  Knowledge of vendor management processes
