Manpower Bosnia&Herzegovina is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfil the position of Recruitment Consultant.
Requirements
- Independently conducts recruitment and selection process for clients' needs
- Defines the candidate profile in consultation with the client and provides guidance to the client for an adequate search
- Prepares and publishes advertisements for the recruitment competitions
- Maps the market, targets potential candidates, and contacts them directly
- Performs the process of interviewing and / or testing job applicants
- Performs the candidate selection process and reports to the client on the shortlist of candidates
- Advises the client on the best practices of Human Resources Management
- Participates in other projects related to HR services
- Keeps records in internal databases, creates reports for internal and external needs
Offer
- University Degree is desirable
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar HR positions is prefferred
- Fluent in English language
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driver’s licence category B is mandatory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sense for prioritizing deadlines and tasks
