On behalf of our client, KONE – a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, automatic building doors, and maintenance services – Manpower BiH is looking for a motivated and organized candidate for the role of :Administration Officer
Description
The position requires approximately 20 working hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload. Standard working hours would ideally be between 09:00–13:00 or 08:00–12:00.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Managing expense reports and invoicing maintenance services based on worksheets
- Collecting working hours and travel reports from maintenance technicians
- Preparing tender documentation and managing contracts
- Maintaining installation project documentation and service-related files
- Supporting communication and coordination with the external accounting provider
- Providing general office administration and customer support
- Following up with customers regarding outstanding payments and administrative matters
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, accounting support, customer support, procurement administration, or similar operational roles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, including VLOOKUP and data connection across spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork
