Short Description

On behalf of our client Smartmatic, an international organization delivering secure election solutions and high-security printing services, Manpower is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Ballot Printing Manager.

Description

Manage the complete ballot production process from prepress through printing, finishing, packaging, and delivery.
Ensure compliance with electoral regulations, security standards, and quality requirements.
Lead production, quality control, and finishing teams.
Oversee secure printing operations and implement strict access and security procedures.
Coordinate production planning to ensure timely delivery of all ballot types.
Supervise inventory management of paper, inks, printing plates, and production materials.
Ensure accurate ballot verification, serialization, QR code integration, and data validation.
Maintain production documentation, audit records, and compliance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Graphic Arts, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in commercial or security printing.
At least 3 years of managerial experience in a high-volume production environment.
Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing technologies.
Experience with variable data printing, serialization, QR codes, and secure document production
Knowledge of quality assurance systems and production planning
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Fluency in English and Bosnian
