On behalf of our client, Manpower BiH is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join their team in the role of: General Manager

Opis

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing all business operations of the factory in Tešanj
• Full responsibility for P&L and achieving annual financial targets
• Budgeting and financial planning in cooperation with headquarters
• Setting and monitoring key operational KPIs
• Managing a team of more than 100 employees with direct coordination of key managers
• Improving production, supply chain, and quality control processes
• Initiating and leading investments in modernization, automation, and capacity growth
• Developing and mentoring the management team, ensuring their professional growth
• Representing the company within the group and to external partners
• Implementing best practices in production and maintaining safety and quality standards

Zahtjevi

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in a technical or engineering field
• At least 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing companies, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership position
• Experience in managing large production facilities
• Proven experience with P&L responsibilities and work in budgeting and investments
• Understanding of supply chain, production, and quality control processes (supply chain management experience is a plus)
• Experience working with KPI systems and performance-based management
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop teams
• Excellent command of English (experience working in an international environment)
