Requirements Engineer

Prijavite se As Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer, you serve as the key interface between the strategic guidelines of product management and technical implementation. Your main task is to analyze and elaborate on strategic/tactical requirements and objectives and translate them into high-quality, actionable specifications for our development teams. With your holistic understanding of processes and systems, you play a critical role in increasing efficiency and automating internal business processes. Your Detailed Responsibilities:

• Requirements Definition: In close collaboration with product management, you derive user stories from defined goals and epics and work them out in detail.
• Analysis & Specification: You are responsible for the detailed analysis and specification of high-level requirements (objectives & epics) provided by product management. You dive deep into the subject matter to capture all business and system-related aspects.
•  Process Optimization: You analyze, model, and optimize internal business processes (e.g., using BPMN) with a clear focus on identifying efficiency potential and achieving a high level of automation.
• Quality Assurance: You create precise and high-quality specifications and ensure the completeness, clarity, and testability of requirements. This also includes defining clear acceptance criteria and functional scenarios.
•  Collaboration: You actively participate in refinement meetings and present the stories you have developed to development teams and solution architects.
•  Communication & Validation: As the primary contact for detailed business and system-related questions, you ensure a shared understanding within the project team and validate technical solution concepts against the original acceptance criteria and objectives.
