On behalf of our client, TEOL PAK d.o.o., a leading company in the field of B2B industrial packaging and a member of the pan-European Pack Synergy association, Manpower is seeking a candidate to fill the position of: Technical service and support

Description

Installation and start up of packaging equipment (machines, tools, accessories…)
Training to customer’s personnel
Service and maintenance of packaging equipment
Troubleshooting by using network of manufacturers and partners technical support
Handling spare parts inventory (ordering and warehousing)
Support field sales in trials and presentation of packaging equipment
Keep records about installed and/or maintained packaging equipment
Frequent traveling depending on technical support and service requirements

Requirements

Minimum high school IV degree of mechanical or preferably electrical field (automation)
Previous working experience minimum 3 years
Excellent analytical skills
Team player with polite and friendly manners
Accurate, precise, calm and durable
Initiative and positive attitude
PC literate
Very good knowledge of English language
Driving license B category and good driving behavior
