On behalf of our client, a leading international company in the energy sector, Manpower is seeking a motivated and organized professional to join their team as an Office Administrator.
Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the local team
- Manage, process, classify, and maintain business documentation and records
- Maintain administrative trackers and ensure accurate record keeping
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and support internal departments
- Assist in organizing office operations and maintaining office resources
- Support administrative and logistical processes
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of internal administrative procedures
Requirements
- Final-year university student or university degree
- Good command of English (German is considered an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately with a high volume of documentation
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Team player with a willingness to learn and develop
