On a project related to activities connected with the electoral processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Description
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, define project milestones, set realistic deadlines, and ensure that all team members are aligned with project objectives
- Assign tasks effectively, ensuring the right resources are deployed to meet project goals. Provide guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and synergy
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Assess multiple solutions to problems and make well-informed decisions that support the project’s success and the client's needs
- Maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives and the board, to ensure project goals align with strategic objectives
- Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards. Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adjustments to timelines or costs as necessary
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project status, milestones, budget, and other key performance indicators. Maintain all project documentation for future reference and compliance purposes
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to the PMO Project Management Methodology, including managing external providers and contractors

Requirements
- Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields
- Languages: Fluency in English, and other local languages required
- Certifications: PMP or Agile Practitioner certification preferred
- Project Management Experience: Minimum of 8 years managing projects, preferably in a PMO environment or with government entities
- Technology Savvy: Experience with technology-driven projects is a plus
- Budget & Contract Management: Proficient in managing project budgets, financial tracking, and contract negotiations
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or JIRA is a plus
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies
- Risk Management: Proven ability to manage risks and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success
