Short Description
On behalf of our client Smartmatic, an international organization implementing election technology and operational support projects, Manpower is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Field Services Coordinator.
Description
- Coordinate and supervise all field service activities related to election operations
- Lead and support the Training, Regional Coordination, Contracting, and National Support Center teams
- Plan and oversee recruitment, deployment, and training of field personnel
- Manage call center operations and ensure efficient technical support during election periods
- Coordinate communication between field teams, technical support, and key stakeholders
- Monitor operational performance and ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved
- Support the development and delivery of training materials and operational documentation
- Collaborate closely with the Central Election Commission and project partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or management role
- Previous experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience coordinating training programs and field operations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian
- Willingness to travel within Bosnia and Herzegovina
