On behalf of our client, Starbyte, a subsidiary of Walter Group specializing in IT solutions, Manpower BiH is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team in the following role: Technical Architect 

Description

• Design and maintain software architecture for enterprise-level applications
• Ensure architectural consistency and best practices across projects
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
• Guide and support development teams through code reviews and design discussions
• Contribute to modernization and migration of existing systems

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally followed by architecture or solution design experience
• Strong understanding of IT architecture principles, software design patterns, and domain-driven design (DDD)
• Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka
• CI/CD (Jenkins, Tekton)
• Docker & Helm for container orchestration
• Git (Bitbucket), Jira, and Confluence
• Experience with event-driven and asynchronous systems
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL / PostgreSQL)
